Construction
Series
When you need strength and value, the Trailtech Construction series trailers deliver it to you. This series is built to work using a channel iron mainframe and tubing cross members, and axles that can bear the load. The slipper spring suspension is standard on all Construction series models except on the tilting deck models, which feature the rubber ride axle suspensions. Radial tires with white spoke wheels and chrome centers are standard equipment on all trailers. Models CEL235T and CEL260T are offered with a standard tilting deck for added ease of operation. The tilting deck allows you to load or unload easily without the use of ramps. A front, manual jack system operates the tilting deck providing simple and trouble free use.
Premier Series
When you require the best, the Premier series trailer will be your choice. The Trailtech Premier series trailers are manufactured using the latest in trailer technology and design. The tubing mainframe and cross members are carefully matched to the GVWR of each trailer, ensuring proper weight to strength ratio required for maximum performance. Axles, slipper spring or rubber ride suspensions, wheels and radial tires are also selected specifically for each model. Reflective taping, safety breakaway kits, safety chains, rated couplers, rubber mounted and recessed lighting and protected wiring all ensure that each Premier series trailer model will provide years of trouble-free use and maximum safety for you. With a wide variety of standard features on each of the Premier series trailer models, you will be able to select a trailer that will meet your needs. Loading is made easy with a choice of various ramping options or a tilting deck. The treated wood decking provides for long life and the ability to handle the most extreme working conditions.
Dump Series
The Trailtech dump series trailers
are available in three sizes. Each model trailer is designed to meet a specific
need and every convenience is considered. A self-contained 12-volt hydraulic
system is located in the hitch area and is equipped with a remote control for
the hoist. The simple push button operation allows for material to be dumped
in seconds while the formed metal sides, front and floor provide the strength
required to handle the load. The dump series trailers have been designed to
allow for loading of equipment into the box area. The L160HD and L235HD have
a two-way end-gate with a ramp incorporated into it, and the L270HD has a rear
double door end-gate with a set of slide in ramps that store under the trailer
when not in use. This added versatility allows these trailers to be transformed
from a handy dump trailer to a flat deck trailer without any extra work.
Commercial
Series
Durability, reliability and serviceability are demanded of today's trailers and the Trailtech Commercial series trailers deliver that in each model. For general farm and long haul trucking, you want a trailer that will satisfy your demands. The commercial series trailers are available in a range of models to match your range of loads. The gooseneck hitch makes for smooth, easy pulling either across the field or down the highway. Pintle hitches are also available, allowing you to match the trailer to any tow vehicle. The Commercial series trailer, like all Trailtech trailers, uses electrical and brake wiring which runs through a shielded main cable secured to the trailer by rubber insulated loom clamps. The cable is further protected by rubber grommets when passing through any holes in the framing. This extra care provides extensive protection to the trailer's wiring system. These highboy trailers are constructed with a heavy-duty 10" I-beam mainframe and complimented with standard Trailtech conveniences, such as stake pockets with rub rail for added protection and security of your load.
